Returns / Exchanges
  • All orders made from from our site or via POS including items in our clearance section or any other discounted merchandise are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. 
  • In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or an item is damaged in any way, please contact us and our support team will reach out as soon as possible.
    Returns Policy Clarification: Our staff does our best to provide a fast and efficient shopping experience. Thus said all orders are either same day or next day shipped.
    Note: Failure to notify our staff of defects and any other issues prior to shipment will cause your item to be subject to our Returns Policy along with any costs that may be associated with a denied return.
Order Cancellation And Refund Conditions / Standards
  • Any customer that wishes to cancel an order must do so within 24 hours of purchase, or before the order has shipped (whichever comes first). This excludes pre-orders or any product that is scheduled to ship at a later date.
    • Exceptions: All orders that result from an Affiliate Application and / or are tied to a current pending applicant are non-refundable nor cancellable. 
  • Any customer that wishes to cancel a Pre-Order must do so within 24 hours of the initial purchase order, no exceptions. If a preorder is scheduled to ship later than the 30 day return policy conditions stated above, the order is not subject to a refund. (Note: All customers are given prior notice that preorders will not be shipped until the item(s) are shipped from our vendors.)
  • If your order does quality for a return then they are subject to a restocking/processing fee of 20% prior to accepting an order cancellation.
  • IMPACKT reserves the right to make return adjustments if original items are not received in new / untampered condition.
  • Here at IMPACKT we thrive off of making correct and timely decisions. Before placing any order, please make sure that all information at checkout and items in your cart are correct. This will prevent any charges and fee's to your account.
Exchange & Return Conditions / Standards
  • Exchanges and Returns are only available to customers who reside in the United States and Canada.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn and unused, with tags (still attached to item), and in its original packaging. Any items whose original tag / seal have been broken will not be accepted and be deemed ineligible for an exchange/return. You’ll also need the receipt and proof of purchase.
  • All items must be unwashed, unworn, and not put through a dryer. Nor will we accept any items having been bleached.
  • Items with stains, markings, or any bodily fluids (i.e.: blood, etc.) will not be accepted.
  • Items covered in animal/human hair and/or any other foreign bodies are subject to denial.
  • All items having a strong odor or smell (i.e.: body odor, smoke, colognes, perfumes, detergents, scented sprays, etc.) will under no circumstances be accepted.
  • We cannot accept any returns (including refunds) or exchanges for any of the following: water bottles, underwear, socks, or face masks for hygiene and health reasons
Starting An Exchange or Return / Questions or Concerns
  • To start a exchange/return, you can contact us at support@theimpacktbrand.com and request a return or exchange (exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase returns must be done within 24 hours of purchase or prior to shipping (whichever comes first).
  • If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for providing a shipping label / processing of this package. Our support team will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Due to prior difficulties with customers and illegitimate returns, as of January 1, 2024 we are now requiring all customers to process their own returns/exchanges. This means we no longer provide shipping labels free of charge and customers must pay for their own returns and exchanges plus a restocking fee (restocking fee valid only for returns).
  • We are also not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If items are returned to us damaged or torn of any sort it will be subject to denial.

Damages and issues
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Important Note: All items suspected of tampering, modification, and / or intentional damage will be subject to return / refund denial. IMPACKT has a zero-tolerance policy and we expect nothing but honesty from our staff and customers.
Lost or Stolen Items
  • On the occassion that your package and / or any item from your order is stolen, The IMPACKT Brand is not responsible nor held liable for thus items after it has been shipped. Once any package leaves our facility it is the responsibility of the assigned carrier to deliver and maintain the integrity of the items in your package.
  • Important Note: Any questions regarding the whereabouts of your package can be monitored via the tracking number assigned to each order, or by reaching out to the assigned delivery carrier. All USPS shipments should be contacted through your local post office. All UPS shipments can be contacted through a corporate branch office.
  • If you cannot find nor know the tracking number for your order please reach out to our customer support via support@theimpacktbrand.com. Any additional questions please also feel free to contact us. Reminder, The IMPACKT Brand is not held liable for any stolen property.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, i.e. perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, no exceptions.
Exchanges
  • We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items.
  • Exchanges can only be made for the the same item of a different size. All exchange requests for a different item will not be accepted.
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Please be sure to read our return policy to make sure your item(s) align with our standards to ensure an accepted return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
  • If you are returning your entire order or only a portion of it, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
